Emaar India plans to invest a billion dollars over the next 4 to 5 years to develop real estate projects in the country

Emaar India launched a luxury project in Gurugram’s last year for which it is investing close to ₹900 cr; Second phase likely to be launched within six months. Real estate company Emaar India plans to launch close to 8 to 10 mn sq ft this year with an investment of about a billion dollars over the next four to five years. Almost 80% of the projects will be in Gurugram, Kalyan Chakrabarti, CEO, Emaar India told HT Digital. The company is currently present in five locations that include Lucknow, Mohali, Indore, Gurugram and Jaipur. It has not yet launched a project in Ludhiana. We hope to acquire lands in a couple of new locations but as of now we have plans to expand only in the same cities where we are present historically. Uttar Pradesh government wants 3-4 lakh registries done in four months in Noida

The Uttar Pradesh government intends to get three to four lakh pending registries of home-buyers in Noida and Greater Noida completed in the next three to four months, state Industrial and Infrastructure Development Commissioner Manoj-Kumar-Singh. The CM has directed that registries should be done in a hassle-free manner. This is for the first time that sub-registrars have come out of their offices to housing societies and set up their offices here. This is a good initiative and Singh said This process would be expedited and accelerated further after the chief ministe programme. Builders and buyers would be mobilised and the government intends to ensure disposal of three to four lakh pending registries in the next three to four months Singh told reporters. Home-buyers who got their registries done on Friday after a wait of years rejoiced, some even comparing it to the Mount Everest. Greater Noida authority allots Rs 500 crore for airport, Rs 1,200 crore for land acquisition

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) board on Friday allocated Rs 1,200 crore for land acquisition, Rs 500 crore for Noida Airport and Rs 30 crore for metro rail expansion this year, officials said.Overall, a budget of Rs 4,859 crore was approved for 2024-25 for GNIDA during its 134th Board Meeting held in Greater Noida. The meeting was chaired by GNIDA Chairman and also the Industrial and Infrastructural Development Commissioner of UP Manoj Kumar Singh, in presence of the authority's CEO N G Ravi Kumar, among others.  The (GNIDA) Board has approved a budget of Rs 4,859 crore for this financial year.
